Shipping Policies and Returns

Your non-custom pieces should be delivered to you in 7-14 days while your custom pieces should be to you in 7-28 days. If it hasn't been 3 weeks since you placed your order, your order is still on time. 

Shipping is $8.00 per order and no longer included in the price of products.

Refunds are NOT available. All sales are final. In the instance where you plain to chargeback an order, will be band from the Nubia site. 

If your pieces are not delivered due to the shipping company and you need a replacement, please contact Anyla (contact section).
