Q: “How long should I expect for shipping?”
A: Your piece(s) should be delivered to in 21 days. Please allow a 1-4 week grace period after ordering. Keep in mind your pieces are customized, which takes time.
Q: “Will the gold turn green since it’s not solid gold?”
A: No, all products by Nubia are gold-filled or 18K gold-plated. Your pieces will not turn green, tarnish, or rust. Sweat, swim, and waterproof. Please treat these products as you would any of your other favorite gold pieces.
Products will only rust when release to harsh chemicals more than once.
Q: “Can I pick up my order?”
